Accountabilities:
In this role, you will support the VP, US Franchise Head for Hematology and provide broader department assistance to several managers. Your responsibilities will include project management of functional activities, budget tracking, and reporting. You will represent managers in communications with stakeholders, maintain documentation and SharePoint sites, and establish systems for efficient day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting senior and/or executive leaders
- High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's or two-year Associate Degree preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with ease and confidence, both written and verbal
- Keen understanding of professional and diplomatic interpersonal skills
- With an eye for detail, manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Has general knowledge of working globally within a variety of cultures
- Forward looking, results oriented, focused thinker and proactive
- Flexible with a 'can-do' attitude
- Responsive, not reactive, using own initiative
- Self-developer and learner
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced PC skills and ability including Microsoft office and other bespoke industry applications, e.g. SharePoint and BOX
- Be reliable in handling confidential information
- Previous or current budget management experience
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting high level leaders within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Experience within a large, matrixed organization or environment

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $30.89 to $46.33. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
